We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for most events. For larger gatherings or peak seasons, 3-4 weeks is ideal.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We work with all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen considerations. Just let us know during the consultation.

What equipment do you need from me?

We bring most of our own equipment. We just need access to your kitchen with a working stove/oven and basic utilities. We will confirm specifics before the event.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
